Vermont's welcome centers have always been more than a place to get information about lodging, dining, attractions, children's activities, outdoor fun, historic sites, and more. They are a destination unto themselves. Staffed by a tourism professionals, information centers, have pay phones, restrooms, displays of Vermont history, nature, and products, free WiFi, picnic tables, dog walking areas – even a hitching post for horses – plus coffee and hot chocolate, vending machines, soda bars, local arts and crafts, displays from local businesses and the billboards you won’t find on Vermont highways. With a stunning mountain backdrop, Killington is beautiful in all of its summer greenery, its fireworks display of Autumn foliage, and of course, the winter white of snow capped peaks.

Burlington International Airport Information Center
Staffed by the Lake Champlain Chamber of Commerce. Maps, brochures, literature about attractions, lodging, and dining. Staff also provides general airport information.

Bradford Information Center
This is the southern gateway to the Northeast Kingdom and also serves travelers heading to New Hampshire and Canada. Bradford offers some of the best scenic views of any visitor center.

Fair Haven Welcome Center
This facility is accessible from both Routes 4 West and 4 East, just across the New York state line. Brochures and maps, restrooms, snack machine, soda bar, coffee and hot chocolate. Staff can help with referrals. Outdoors, picnic table and gazebo. Free WiFi.

Lyndonville Information Center
Lyndonville serves travelers going south from Canada and parts of the Northeast Kingdom, heading to St. Johnsbury and central and southern Vermont. Vermont maps, brochures, publications such as Vermont Country Sampler are available to the traveling public; restrooms; coffee (payment by donation); vending machines selling cold drinks and snacks; assistance with lodging questions and reservations; Vermont products on display.
