An afternoon visit to a pick your own farm in Vermont is a fun and healthy outdoor activities for adults and kids. Farms offer opportunities to pick apples, pumpkins, and other fruits and vegetables. Many farms operate farm stands where you can buy pre-picked fruit along with foods , cut flowers, and more. Call ahead before visiting the farm to learn what crops are in season; weather and other conditions can affect picking schedules.
