Hill Farm is a resort property with the soul of a working farm, 70 acres along the Battenkill River, welcoming guests since 1790. Every room reflects intentional, thoughtful details, and a farm-to-table menu at The Restaurant at Hill Farm is built around what's growing just outside. As a Select Registry member and Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Lodge, Hill Farm pairs genuine Vermont hospitality with direct access to the land: river, garden, and countryside are all part of the stay. Wander the trails and garden, fly fish, feed the alpacas, swim in the seasonal pool, cross-country ski, snowshoe, or venture to nearby Manchester's shops and museums. Every guest gets real attention and real care, down to the smallest detail, so the stay itself feels like the point.
