Farmers Markets

The Ludlow Farmers Market sells locally grown and raised produce; artisanal food products from farmers, bakers, artisans, cheesemakers, winemakers; unique crafts; and musical entertainment. The 2022 market features more than 20 local vendors.
Dates and times: Memorial Day Weekend to October 7, Fridays 4-7pm.

This market is outdoors in the summer and moves inside the VFW in the winter. Products include baked goods, organic products, cheese and dairy, crafts, cut flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables, honey, jams/jellies/preserves, maple syrup, meat and poultry, wine, bread, plants, pickles, prepared foods, soap and body-care, eggs, yarn, apples and cider.
Hours: Open year-round, Saturdays 9am - 12:30pm.

The Capital City Farmers Market operates year-round, hosting an outdoor market, a Thanksgiving market, and an indoor winter market. More than 60 percent of the products at market are locally produced. Find produce, meat, cheese, plants, honey, maple syrup, and wool. Listen to live music, watch a cooking demonstration, support young vendors on youth day.
Summer Location, Dates & Hours: 133 Main Street in Montpelier; Saturdays from May to October, 9am - 1pm.
Winter Location, Dates & Hours: Caledonia Spirits at 116 Gin Lane; 1st and 3rd Saturdays from December-April, 10am - 1pm.

In addition to a wide array of fresh produce, here you can find crafts made in Vermont, baked goods, and prepared food. Every Saturday there is live entertainment. Well-behaved pets are welcome.

The Vermont Farmers Market is one of the largest in Vermont, and the first to operate all year. It offers food from up to 60 vendors from Vermont and Washington County. It includes markets in Rutland year-round and a separate market in Fair Haven in summer only.
Summer Market Location & Hours Depot Park at 15 Evelyn St., Rutland; Open May-October, Saturdays 9am - 2pm and Wednesdays, 1-5pm.
Fair Haven Summer Market Location & Hours: On the Village Green; Open June-October, Thursdays 3-6pm.
Winter Market Location & Hours: The Cortina Inn at 476 Holiday Dr., Rutland; Open November-April, Saturdays 10am - 2pm.

Everything sold at the Norwich Farmers Market is made or grown in one of the four counties surrounding the market. Growers, Bakers, weavers, carvers, and potters all conspire to make your time at market memorable.
